- Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large datasets related to sourcing and recruitment efforts.
- Develop and execute a robust sourcing strategy for mass hiring initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Identify and engage passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific resources.
- Continuously track and report sourcing metrics and provide insights to optimize the sourcing process.
- Build and manage a comprehensive database warehouse to organize and separate agency data from internal team data.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless candidate handover and a positive candidate experience.
