We want to expand our existing recruitment agency through a merger or by joining forces with likeminded people. The plan is to then form an employeeowned trust or other partnership model we can all agree on. We re searching for a Recruitment Partner who shares our belief in the power of teamwork to drive a stimulating environment and a prosperous business.


The Role:


As a Recruitment Partner you will play a pivotal role in developing the agency. This position is perfect for someone who perhaps is already running their own business or who holds a senior position and wants to take more of the profits and have a direct say in the running of the company. Perhaps you have been approached by investors and were scared off by the idea of losing a big chunk of your profits and shares.


You will be a person who thrives in collaborative settings and is eager to invest your skills and experience into building something truly impactful and profitable. Your contributions will not only shape the recruitment strategies and operations but also influence the culture and governance of the employeeowned trust or other partnerships we aim to establish.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to define and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the construction engineering sector.
  • Drive the recruitment process from sourcing to placement ensuring a highcalibre candidate experience and fit.
  • Play an integral role in forming the employeeowned trust including shaping its values operational structure and equity model.
  • Cultivate a network of industry contacts and relationships to support business development and growth.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity innovation and shared success where every team member s contribution is valued and rewarded.
  • Share your experience and knowledge so that we become the goto recruiters in the construction sector and beyond.
  • Be actively involved in making strategic decisions.
  • Be innovative and share ideas.
  • Share your knowledge of the latest tools and AI so that we all benefit.
