Recruitment Officer

• participating in the administration of day to day operations of headquarters amman (hqa) recruitment services and activities: • reviewing hqa vacancy advertisements (vas) to ensure pliance with the approved post descriptions; • in coordination with the hiring offices, preparing technical tests and monitoring the screening of applications against established criteria, raising discrepancies with the concerned department and advising the supervisor s accordingly; • preparing and overseeing the administrative and logistical arrangements for interviews; participating and representing the recruitment section (rs) in interview panels for international and or area recruitments and pleting interview reports accordingly; • in coordination with the supervisor, initiating contacts with job applicants and providing support and information to internal and external candidates on matters related to the recruitment process and employment with the agency;
