PartTime Recruitment Coordinator Work From Home Opportunity

Role Overview:

This is an ideal parttime position for an individual who is passionate about recruitment has excellent organizational skills and enjoys the flexibility of working from home. As a Recruitment Coordinator your remit will include managing the entire recruitment process alongside our HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Create attractive job descriptions and post to relevant job boards
  • Screen applications and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Arrange and facilitate interview schedules for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain a candidate database and manage all communication with applicants
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to identify future hiring needs
