Black Pen Recruitment is a global leading FinTech recruitment agency based in Cape Town, South Africa. We are expanding our business to Europe and are looking for a Recruitment and Company Representative in Malta.

Job Type: Full Time | Hybrid

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant field is required
  
• 2 years of relevant experience required
  
• Located in Malta or willing to relocate
• Experience in project management
  
• Fluency in English required
  
• Fluent in Maltese or German advantageous
  
• Excellent administrative skills, and computer literate
  
• Excellent researcher and resourceful individual who does what it takes to get the job done.
  
• Strong planning and time management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Self-starter with confirmed abilities in organisational , conceptual, and logical problem solving.
  
• Ability to liaise with professional bodies
  

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in front of various authorities in Malta
  
• Attend events on behalf of the company.
  
• Responsible for creating job descriptions, posting of jobs to job boards and social media, and liaising directly with clients.
  
• Communicate with C level executives
  
• Handle dealings with The Department of Labour in Malta, as well as with the bank (and other institutions as required).
  
• Meet with our clients in-person
  
• Perform administrative duties as required
