Our client is a prestigious hospital in Malta. They are seeking a Human Resources & Training Officer to organise and plan staff training ensuring that employees receive the correct development and training opportunities to improve their performance and achieve the organisations objectives. The successful hire will also be responsible for maintaining the Standard Operating Procedures and regulations required by the organisation. In addition the HR & Training Officer will coordinate the employee recruitment process and assist the HR Manager in developing advising and implementing policies.
