In partnership withDavid Kennedy Recruitment we have partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. Together were looking for a recruiter to join the team in Lisbon/Braga.

Work model: Hybrid or onsite with training fully onsite

Remuneration model: Base salary bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels such as databases social media and job fairs
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates knowledge skills experience and aptitudes
• Collaborate with different departments and managers to identify staffing needs
• Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new employees
• Foster strong relationships with candidates serving as a trusted recruiter throughout the selection process
• Create update and maintain analytical reports and databases

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least nearnative proficiency in Dutch/Flemish/German/French(written and spoken) and B2 level of English
• University degree preferably in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven work experience in recruitment familiarity with hiring profiles assessments interviews and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong organizational communication networking and presentation skills
• Experience with sourcing techniques (hiring profile assessments interviews and
  ongoing followup) and understanding of referral programs is a plus
