- Responsible for the day-to-day operation, execution, and personnel supervision of all Recreational Service facilities and related activities as specified in the Performance Work Statement.
- Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, working as a team and providing clean, friendly and well maintained recreation centers.
- Shall plan and execute recreational activities.
- Responsible for the maintenance and condition of the equipment in each facility. Shall establish and maintain procedures for tracking and issuing CAC equipment to guests.
- Shall provide complimentary snacks such as popcorn during hours of operation.
- Shall establish and maintain appropriate inventory levels and complete weekly inventory of all equipment and supplies.
- Shall ensure bottled water is transported and stocked in the proper refrigeration units for guests.
- Shall answer customer feedback in various forms and address comments in a timely, professional manner.
- Shall provide set up and breakdown of Government furnished equipment such as tables, chairs, music system, ice chests, stages, etc.
