Job Description
- Welcoming visitors/parents in person or on the telephone by answering their inquiries.
- Assist in open houses in the school.
- Promote the school competencies to new parents/ students.
- Guide school applicants through the general application and admission process, and Direct to the Admission office members for more details and inquiries.
- Answering face-to-face basic inquiries and directing to the right department for more details.
- Contributing in the open house preparations.
- Contribute to the open house invitations updates.
- Trace and report the attendance of the invited parents.
- May represent the school in some fairs and events.
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
- Presentable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Calm, cheerful, and professional.
- Females Only
