Receptionist / Front Office Admin

Job Description

• Welcoming visitors/parents in person or on the telephone by answering their inquiries.
• Assist in open houses in the school.
• Promote the school competencies to new parents/ students.
• Guide school applicants through the general application and admission process, and Direct to the Admission office members for more details and inquiries.
• Answering face-to-face basic inquiries and directing to the right department for more details.
• Contributing in the open house preparations.
• Contribute to the open house invitations updates.
• Trace and report the attendance of the invited parents.
• May represent the school in some fairs and events.

• Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
• Presentable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Calm, cheerful, and professional.
