• Familiarity with real estate CRM software, online listing platforms, and other relevant tools. Proficiency in using technology for marketing, communication, and transaction management.
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment. Ability to work independently and take initiative to generate leads and close deals.
