Quality Manager

Chinese automotive company seeks to start up plant in Guadalupe Quality Manager

RESPONSABILITYS:
1) Responsible for the establishment of quality system in Mexico plant, implemented in accordance with IATF 16949-2016
2) Responsible for the development, evaluation and grading of local suppliers
3) Responsible for PPAP production parts approval procedures review
4) Responsible for laboratory construction, including CMM, spectrometer, X-ray, etc
5) Responsible for final inspection and packaging including GP12 and Safe Lounch
6) Responsible for customer complaint handling and quality cost control and improvem
7) Lead customer audit, system audit, process audit and product audit

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Proficient in quality management system, familiar with the use of various quality management tools, IATF 16949-2016 preferred
2) At least 5 years working experience in the same position, quality manager experience in auto parts industry is preferred;
3) Ability to pull resources and lead analysis of complex quality problems, strong ability to connect with customers;
4) Fluent oral English,
