Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate quality engineering efforts including test planning execution and reporting.
2. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
3. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java ensuring robustness and scalability.
4. Conduct functional manual testing activities including test case creation execution and defect tracking.
5. Immerse in MD365 FinOps domain to gain a deep understanding of product functionalities and business processes.
6. Provide guidance and support to team members on testing best practices automation techniques and tools.
7. Participate in product management warehouse facility process accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger testing activities within the MD365 FinOps framework.
8. Contribute to the development and enhancement of test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance the overall quality engineering capability within the organisation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Quality Engineering Lead or similar role with a focus on automation testing.
3. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Selenium WebDriver.
4. Handson experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG JUnit or Cucumber preferable
5. Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and best practices.
6. Familiarity with MD365 FinOps or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
8. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver highquality results in a fastpaced environment.
