- Implement and maintain a calibration programme for the QA lab equipment and calibrate all equipment daily before use and document appropriately
- Make relevant adjustments to instrument if calibration is found incorrect and report any faults found on instruments immediately and in the correct manner
- Ensure the equipment is clean after every use
- Sample materials and products from the production processes in line with relevant protocols
- Collect routine samples of products in line with minimum requirement for FPI and relevant protocols and ensure all sampling is done promptly and timely
