- Identifying, tracking, and documenting software defects using issue-tracking systems to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Assisting in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes
- Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports. Document test results, defects, and any necessary steps for reproducing issues
- Assisting in Executing assigned test cases and cross-testing on other stories and log issues, tracking them until closure
- Collaborating with software development teams to understand project requirements and design test plans
