As a Quality Control Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our banking services.- You will be responsible for conducting regular reviews and audits to identify any areas of improvement, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.

You will also collaborate with various teams to develop and improve quality control policies and procedures, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to designing and implementing quality assurance frameworks and metrics, ensuring that they effectively measure and monitor the performance of our banking processes and services.
Responsibilities - Ensure functionality of applications and that they match the specifications.
- Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
- Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors
- Develop and execute test cases according with the system design and requirements .
- Conduct all types of testing (smoke test, system test, integration ,performance ).
- Bug reporting,verification and tracking in Jira ,GitLab.
- Creating the approval criteria for unit testing.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in software testing.
- BS degree in software engineering/MIS or related field.
- API testing (Postman).
- Good Knowledge of SQL .
- Very good command of English and Arabic language.
- Very good Knowledge in Issue tracking tools.
- Experience in bug verification testing.
- Work well under pressure with deadlines.
- Good knowledge of banking systems.
- Good knowledge of the entire testing cycle.
- CTFL certification is a plus.
