- Perform quality assurance calls for applications with home improvements that the Bank would like to further review
- Handle and resolve escalated phone calls
- Recommend appropriate action if further review is necessary and raise any observations or concerns to management in a timely fashion while performing quality assurance calls.
- Work with Customer Relations Department in regards to escalated calls
- Review invoices to verify that all required information was included and that the information matches the loan application
