The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementing a strategy to ensure product quality impacting consumer experience. They will establish quality compliance parameters validate correct execution of quality processes identify improvement areas and develop strategies to enhance quality of suppliers materials and inputs.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Administrative Career or related field (required)
- 5 years in a similar role preferably in the glass industry
- Knowledge of quality in product essence and glass; quality in service
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
