One of the challenges faced by our client is this new delivery organization is the proper integration of Compliance and Quality delivery evidence. Therefore, in order to reinforce the Operational Readiness and Compliance team is seeking a Quality Expert. This person will work within the Application and Integration services division and report to the Head of Operational Readiness & Compliance group.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

• Acting as reference for the Software Assurance process (SkyART)
• Delivering Software Assurance process trainings to Agile Team members
• Validating Agile Team members competences, identify gaps & promote trainings
• Running pro-active Quality checks during a software release development phase
• Participating actively to the Quality & Compliance Community of Practices (CoP)
• Supporting the Agile Teams in integrating quality activities in the design and production activities
• Supporting the Operations Readiness in the discussion with FOCA
• Elaborating training material on Quality Assurance and Control activities
• Providing training to the Agile Teams

Requirements

Your profile

• Basic IT skills
• Knowledge (user level) of Application Lifecycle Management solution (Polarion)
• Master degree in IT
• Already performed / hands on experience on Quality Assurance Activities in a highly regulated environment e.g., pharmaceutical, and/or Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries
• Good knowledge of a Software Engineering Standard e.g., ISO1207, ED-153
• Sound experience in competence validation & training delivery
• Experience in an Agile Delivery Environment
• Strong presentation and document writing skills
• Pragmatic
• Very good verbal and written English

Our recruitment process.

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

• A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
• If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
• After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
• If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that ye want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course.
