QHSE Engineer

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented QHSE Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance for our operations, particularly focused on the importation and sale of nutritional supplements. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in quality management systems, health and safety protocols, and environmental regulations to ensure that our processes and products meet all necessary regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain a Management System following ISO 9001 standards.

Develop, implement, and maintain an Occupational Health and Safety Management System following ISO 45001 standards.

.

Identify areas for process improvement to enhance workflow efficiency and safety protocols.

.

Maintain accurate documentation of quality and safety procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance.

.

Contribute to the development and enhancement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across various processes.

.

Assist in logistics to understand supply chain processes and identify optimization opportunities.

.

Identify operational problems by observing and studying the functioning and performance of systems.

.

Developing operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and testing alternative approaches.

.

Stay updated on the latest developments in industrial engineering, quality standards, and safety protocols.

.

Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in quality standards, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

.

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or any related field.

.

1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

.

Strong understanding of quality management systems, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
