- Hires and trains quality assurance and food safety staff.
- Train, oversees and assists the daily workflow of QA staff on production floor and maintains QA staff schedules.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, etc.) and able to learn company software to management inventory control and product shipments.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
