About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, methodical, and passionate about delivering an exceptional user experience and proficient in Arabic & English is essential to effectively collaborate with the team and ensure the platform meets regional language and cultural requirements.
Your Impact :
Conduct manual testing of web-based and mobile applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues

Create and execute test cases and test plans, documenting and reporting issues in a clear and organized manner

Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback to improve software quality

Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not introduce unexpected issues and verify fixes for reported bugs

Assist in reproducing, documenting, and prioritizing customer-reported issues

Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality

Participate in test automation efforts and contribute to the development of automated test scripts
