Tasks
- Calculating and placing orders with suppliers
- Communicating with suppliers regarding orders shipments prices and specifications
- Conducting reconciliations with suppliers
- Monitoring inventory levels in company warehouses
- Ensuring uninterrupted product deliveries
- Completing reports on work activities
- Monitoring product availability in Europe and the CIS
- Holding meetings with employees of related departments to address shortages and overstocking
Requirements
- Higher education in economics
- 2 years of experience in procurement at a large trading company
- Fluent English skills Fluent Russian skills.
- Excellent knowledge of business process management software and Excel
