- Helps in ordering, negotiating, and preparing international and local purchase orders
- Follow up payments with the accounting Dept. and with suppliers
- Follow up with the shipping and clearance companies to ensure deliveries on time
- Responsible for filing all correspondence and documents related to international and local purchasing
- Prepares and maintains a variety of records and files related to purchasing activities and operations
