Job Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers negotiate contracts and establish beneficial vendor relationships
Provide daily updates of progress on pending matters including payments done and status of work
pending
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs and
specifications
Suggest and verify vendors and suppliers up to the standard of the organisation
Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality
Ensure the collation of vendor data for ease of future use
Prepare purchase orders review requisitions and manage the procurement process from order
placement to delivery
Monitor inventory levels and track procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials
Coordinate with accounts payable to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
Resolve supplierrelated issues such as quality concerns or delivery discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities contracts and supplier performance
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous
improvement
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
35 years of proven experience as a Purchase Manager or similar role preferably in real estate
development or construction
Strong negotiation communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other computer systems
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Problemsolving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
Must be wellorganised and detailoriented
Fluent in English Hindi and Kannada
