Purchase and Supply Officer

• Checking/controlling orders
  
• Sending them to our production partners either via email or through their webshops.
  
• Verifying design proofs and order confirmations.
  
• Problemsolving issues/coordinating with design sales and manufacturers on orders
  
• Create process and standardize the area
  
• Identify key elements in the process that could be automated to keep the workload down against our growth.
  
• Help your colleagues both in logistics/operations team and the rest of the company.
  
  

Requirements

• Ideal candidate should have a minimum Degree in purchasing and supply or related field
  
• Must have great communication skills writing skills and be a team player.
  
• Should have experience either in Logistics supply chain purchasing operations and order fulfillment.
  
• The advantage will be experience with international company
  
• Experience working remotely or hybrid.
  

Benefits

• A 39 hours a week fulltime remote position with a fixed salary according to experience. (MonFri reg. Business hours)
