- Plans with project partners, beneficiaries and other relevant actors, the detailed project activities for which she or he is responsible;
- Creating awareness of the project among beneficiaries and partners and facilitates participation in all stages of the project cycle from problem identifying through implementation and management;
- Develops the necessary project documentation to implement project activities including developing terms of reference for outside experts and assignments (trainers, facilitators, evaluators, success stories and experts);
- Organizes as necessary project activities, events, workshops, training sessions, information materials, and presentations and so on. This includes logistical arrangements, organizing payments and report writing;
