Psychologist

• Supports the implementation of the non-formal education programme for children and adults.
• Designs, plans, organizes, and implements psychosocial group sessions for children and adults and the individual sessions to foster their wellbeing and strengthen their ability to cope with their situation.
• Supports the Team in tasks related to all Protection Issues arising in the Centre and in Outreach.
• Identifies children and adults who need specialized psychosocial support, and refers them in accordance with JRS internal referral mechanisms.
• Ensures activities and programmes run according to the plan and best practices.
• Facilitates and participates in the analysis of the existing psychosocial cases, through transparent scoping activities, i.e. workshops, sessions, support groups.
