- Data Entry in case management software: Input text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits in the ICRC customized database called Prot 6.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review, Verify and enter missing information from the paper files to Prot6 DB;
- Prepare statistics (such as monthly protection office figures, protection consolidated stats.
- Respond to queries, such as requests for analysis and data extracts by the Prot team
- Develop views, Dashboards, reports and other analytical and monitoring tools;
- Review data for deficiencies or errors through the regular conduct of data controls, report data discrepancies, correct any incompatibilities together with the users
