- Extensive experience working on protection and GBV programming, including in direct contact with GBV survivors in an emergency or protracted setting.
- Experience in designing and/or providing case-management responses for protection and GBV, including conducting individual assessment to identify specific protection needs as well as planning, implementing and following up on tailored action plans to achieve protection outcomes.
- Knowledge of existing referral pathways available in Jordan and understanding of key principles applying to safe referrals processes.
- Experience providing technical guidance, capacity building and/or mentoring on protection and GBV principles and approaches, including integrating accountability to affected populations (AAP) across programmatic interventions.
- Demonstrated understanding of critical issues around protection and GBV data and knowledge of safe, confidential and ethical data collection and analysis.
- Extensive computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Familiarity with the Syria refugee crisis and understanding of issues related to refugees and their host communities in Jordan.
