ERP Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Solution Lead
Our Group LLC is seeking to fill a position of ERP Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Solution Lead within the Technology Department. This role will focus on Solution Transformation Implementation & Support of NextGen ERP solutions for the office of the CTO. We are seeking an energetic selfmotivated and solutionfocused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This role can sit in Bengaluru Hyderabad or Mumbai with flexibility to work remotely some of the time with the expectation of some travel.
This individual will be responsible for partnering with the business and the leadership team to drive our Project & Engagement Management (OTC) and transformation to SAP S/4 HANA. The ability to design effective solution in Project & Engagement Management (Order to Cash) space execute efficiently and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to motivate and influence without overt authority while building relationships among the business units IT leaders and IT vendors to deliver projects and systems that meet our enterprise quality standards.
Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Lead Responsibilities:
Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Solution Lead will be responsible for building applications roadmap for Project & Engagement & Billing (OTC) solution including revenue recognition.
Ensure successful delivery of Integrated S/4HANA (ERP) system solutions and other supporting applications.
Build lead and manage a team along with the associated processes to deliver on Project & Engagement Management initiatives across our ERP platform
Ability to design and deliver integrated solution with industry best practices of SAP S4HANA Cloud solution.
Good understanding of financial data and help in migration
This Role is expected to provide the necessary leadership for the creation and design of the detailed Project & Engagement Management (OTC) solution architecture and implementation.
Work closely with business leadership to design and deliver best in class solution
In close partnership with Project Management and Engagement & Billing teams this position is responsible for the implementation of standardized business processes across the organization and ensuring that they are maintained and adhered to consistently.

Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.
The position will work closely with the business and IT leadership teams serving as leader bringing forth opportunities to leverage the Project & Engagement Management (OTC) solution capabilities to support the efficient running and growth of our organization.
Building and cultivating strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels including Enterprise Architecture Infrastructure Quality Assurance Development Security and Production Support.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Information Systems Computer Science or engineering.
Experienced in delivering large scale ERP / SAP Implementation
Experience in professional services industry with full life cycle implementations
Minimum 12 years experience in SAP Project & Engagement Management (Order to Cash) application delivery
3 years experience in S4HANA implementation and delivery
Experience in professional services processes for Project & Engagement & Billing (Order to Cash) processes including integrations with financial systems.
Should be master in Functional Architecture Design Analysis.
Should have experience in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical Solution Design
Should be proficient in Business Analysis.
Flexibility to travel locally and internationally
Bachelor s Degree

MBA or Master s degree
Experience in implementing SAP in professional services industry
