- Taking the lead in producing high-quality proposals on time and in compliance with donor requirements. This includes effectively liaising with different teams (e.g. MEAL, Supply Chain, Operations, TAs, Finance, etc.) to gather the inputs required for the proposal.
- Taking the lead in coordinating high-quality and timely donor narrative reports. This includes reviewing narrative reports, maintaining donor reporting schedules, and submitting reports to donors.
- Identify funding opportunities relevant to SC Jordan’s thematic areas of work from institutional donor agencies and others.
- Coordinating internal efforts to produce a documented go/ no go decision for each opportunity.
- Facilitating the overall proposal development and communicating deadlines with internal stakeholders, including following up.
