Overview:

The Property Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a real estate property. Responsible for maintaining the propertys value the Property Manager ensures efficient management of residential or commercial properties meeting the needs of tenants and maximizing income for property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the propertys operations
  • Develop and implement property budget and financial plans
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance
  • Respond to tenant inquiries concerns and complaints in a timely manner
  • Advertise and promote available properties to attract tenants
  • Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with local landlordtenant laws
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and renovations
  • Ensure proper recordkeeping and documentation of all propertyrelated activities
  • Monitor and enforce property rules and regulations
  • Handle tenant moveins and moveouts including inspections and deposit refunds
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities
  • Address any legal issues or disputes involving the property
  • Implement strategies to increase property occupancy and rental income
  • Conduct regular financial and operational reporting to property owners
  • Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage property budgets and financial plans
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and solve problems efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in tenant relations and customer service
  • Understanding of property maintenance and facilities management
  • Negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising strategies for property leasing
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
  • Certification in Property Management is a plus
  • Valid Real Estate license may be required
