Job Description
- Contact clients to know what kinds of properties meet thee client need.
- Gather the need information about the properties.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts purchase and lease agreements if needed.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing singing of documents and disbursement of funds.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
- Proceed with contact the leads on the same day.
- updated the CRM as per the client feedback.
- Perform the cold calls as per set targets.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Owns a car is preferred
- Bachelor degree Presentable
- Presentation Skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to work in team.
- Ability to go for outdoor missions periodically
- Ability to achieve sales target set in The Sales Plan.
