- Develops project management policies and procedures according to international best practices that maintain the operational efficiency and quality, and achieve the Foundation’s strategic objectives. Assist/Support
- Leads the design and the implementation of the foundation’s projects in the fields of youth and community empowerment and child protection.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Ensures resource availability, quality and allocation
- Manages changes to the projects’ scopes, schedules and budgets using appropriate verification techniques
- Oversees the definition of projects scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Contributes to strategic planning, monitoring its implementation and adapting as needed
- Measures projects’ performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manages the relationship with the client and all key stakeholders to encourage continuous collaboration
- Leads the performance of projects’ risk management methodologies to minimize projects’ risks
- Leads the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation system
- Formulation of the projects work plans and the execution methodologies, in coordination with all relevant parties and departments.
