Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive yearly business plan that focuses on improving the profitability of the company.
• Maximizing division profitability by implementing programs that optimize service and inventory management efficiency, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Staying up to date with market conditions, product changes, pricing levels, terms, discounts, allowances, promotions, and supplier-related changes. Adapting strategies to align with changing conditions.
• Building and nurturing a strong working relationship between the company and suppliers to enhance collaboration and ensure the availability of necessary resources.
• Developing and implementing cost-saving measures to drive operational efficiency and minimize expenses.
• Reviewing projects and assisting project and sales managers with account and finance analysis, helping to identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
