Projects and Capital Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Support delivery of Capital Projects against the project brief while following the Project Management Framework (PMF).
• Support projects as identified in the Capital Plan and aligned to the PMF, including the following:
• Coordinating the submission of Building Control and Planning applications.
• Preparation / update of Health and Safety File " Construction safety plans, Method statement and risk assessment, certifications, etc" with compliance of all relevant EHS and Quality procedures
• Implementation of the permit to work system at work locations and ensuring compliance.
• Coordination of change control and Ensure proper documentations for project change orders.
• Coordinating and leading site surveys by sub-contractors
• Coordinating FATs and attendance by team membersa
