Job Description

- Assist in all operations related to the project implementation with special focus on the development and implementation of the project’s procurement plan and expenditure reporting.
- In coordination with the Officers, Deputy Project Manager and Coordinators raise PRs and follow up with MC procurement department on contracts, schedule delivery of goods and services and track payment requests.
- Assist in keeping MC and CBOs asset lists complete and up to date.
- Contribute to monitoring and evaluation efforts in accordance with the plan, including monitoring, data collection, analysis, report writing.
- Archiving the project documents and official correspondences.
- Provide support for the training unit in preparing the logistics of the trainings.
- In coordination with the Administrative department to arrange for hotel bookings for the staff and consultants/ service providers contracts and follow up on their accommodations.
- Follow up on all events and training logistical needs with different departments
- Arrange staff and consultant’s transportation needs and organize the vehicle bookings for field trips with Logistics department.
