Essential criteria

1.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Service Design concepts and structures.

2.Suitable approach to delivering the services requested by the Department's goals.

3.Experience with engagement, collaboration, and planning functions across aged care and/or healthcare sector.

4.Work as a team with the Department of Health, delivery partners and the Department's key stakeholders.

Desirable criteria

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience in strategy development and implementation experience

- Experience in Service Delivery and user research knowledge

- Experience in Health and Aged Care is highly regarded.

• Australian Citizenship with active baseline security clearance
• Police check
• Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Tasmania and Brisbane
