ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in planning executing and closing projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints. The successful candidate will collaborate with crossfunctonal teams ensuring project goals are met while maintaining highquality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detailoriented individual with strong organizatonal and communicaton skills to contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilites:

Project Planning and Coordination

o Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks timelines and resource requirements.

o Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectves.

Task Execution and Monitoring:

o Oversee the execution of project tasks tracking progress and addressing issues in real time.

o Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

o Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.

o Facilitate effective communication within the project team to enhance collaboration.

Risk Management:

o Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.

o Proactively address challenges to prevent project delays or deviations from the plan.

Documentation and Reporting:

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports meeting minutes and project artifacts.

o Generate regular reports for project stakeholders summarizing progress and key metrics.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

o Bachelors degree in IT Field Computer Science Engineering

Experience:

o 24 years of experience in project management or a related role.

o Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to completion.

Skills:

o Strong organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

o Proficient in project management tools and software.

Team Collaboration:

o Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

o Experience in leading and motivating project teams to achieve goals.
