Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Project Manager to oversee key initiatives and drive operational excellence within our organization. • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to create detailed project plans track progress and mitigate risks proactively.
• Foster a culture of accountability transparency and collaboration among team members driving collective ownership of project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates addressing concerns and managing expectations effectively.
• Identify and resolve projectrelated issues and dependencies leveraging problemsolving skills and resourcefulness to overcome challenges.
• Conduct postproject evaluations to assess performance capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to inform project strategies and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management Business Administration or related field highly advantageous.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion preferably within the education or technology sector but not essential.
• Strong understanding of project management principles methodologies and tools with the ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse project needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships influence stakeholders and facilitate productive collaboration.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail with a focus on delivering highquality results on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities including the ability to inspire motivate and empower team members to achieve shared goals.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Jira) and productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace).
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities navigate ambiguity and drive continuous improvement in a fastpaced environment.
