- Experience working in local or state government Required 4 Years
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Required 4 Years
- Structure and manage integrated multitrack performance tracking for projects
- Develop and maintain partnerships with thirdparty resources including vendors and researchers Required 4 Years.
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Required 4 Years
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary according to project work plan Required 4 Years
- Experience in developing platforms for internal processes Required 4 Years
- Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets Required 4 Years
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Required
- Certified Scrum Master Desired
- Agile Certified Practitioner Desired
- PRINCE2 Agile Foundation/Agile Practitioner Desired
- Professional in Project Management (PPM) Desired
- Certified Project Manager (CPMIAPM) Desired
