- Provide end-to-end project management: constantly monitor processes and create/update goals, KPIs and reporting systems
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time with high level of accuracy and quality
- Manage our sales, hiring, onboarding and fulfillment processes
- Create relevant SOPs throughout all the different business functions
- Manage Clickup as the primary Project Management Software
- Represent the company and manage communication and relationship with the client and stakeholders
