- University Degree in Civil Engineering or another relevant field.
- Proven experience of at least 20 years in project management, particularly in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Packages/elements such as pumping stations, reservoirs, water treatment plants, and water primary and distribution lines.
- A deep understanding of water engineering.
- Extensive experience with contracts and FIDIC.
- Strong English communication and reporting skills (oral and written).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, empowering teams and building consensus.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, tackling challenges head-on and driving continuous improvement.
- Strong ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Experience in USAID and EIB funded projects, preferred.
- Excellent organization and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills in Teams, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and file sharing.
