- Project Charter and Business Case Work with the customer to understand the requirements, the project goals and objectives, constraints, terms and conditions, and what is in scope and out of scope to be delivered b) Requirements Baseline Facilitate proof-of-concept, prototyping, interviewingworkshops or other techniques of gathering requirements c) Develop an organizational chart for the core team based on the roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders
- Ensure that the project plan is complete
- Ensure that components of Schedule and Cost, Resource planning AND Risk Management and Quality are captured in the Baseline plan
