Your role in the team - As the first point of contact for our customers across all hierarchical levels, you are responsible for the implementation of IT projects
- You are responsible for organizing and coordinating the project team in all project phases
- Analyzing meaningful KPIs for project controlling and initiating corrective measures are also part of your tasks
- You identify project potential for existing customers and support them until the project is completed
- The conception, further development and implementation of the account management strategy to build long-term customer relationships are a matter of course for you

Training
- You have a degree in economics or natural sciences or comparable training

Qualifications
- We turn to analytical, solution-oriented team players who enjoy development and have a high level of quality awareness

Experience
- You have professional experience in IT account management, ideally at a financial service provider
- If you already have initial experience in project management of complex IT projects, this will make your training easier
