The Project Manager Infrastructure is responsible for our Test Int Val and PreProd
Environments and their evolution.
He/she ensures a stable and standardized Test Environments which can be booked and used by the various stakeholders (mainly application developers/engineers).
He/she ensures the availability and a sufficient capacity of the Test Environments while
actively monitoring and maintaining them.

Tasks

Responsibilities

Contribute to the Test Environment roadmap.
Build monitor and maintain Test Environments based on stakeholder needs.
Ensure alignment of the Test Environment evolution with the IT strategy.
Take ownership for Test Environment booking and maintenance processes.
Ensure consistency between Test Environments (e.g. PreProd and Prod)
Control and steer lifecycle of Test Environment components.
Actively invent/implement/drive automation topics.
Cooperate closely with the Test governance group to align Test environments evolutions with testing needs.
Coordinate between and cooperate with Continuous Deployment (and other TD) team(s).
Actively deploy and configure virtual machines in the Test environments.
Define and use automation technologies.

Requirements

Profile

• A base education in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or other
  related scientific or technical discipline.
• Good understanding in system engineering disciplines
• 3 to 5 years working experience in a technical IT operations/engineering environment
• Experienced in operating a mission critical and complex enterprise IT landscape with high quality standards
• Awareness of operation in a strongly regulated environment
• DevOps and CI/CD knowledge
• Good understanding in vmware virtualization technologies
• Experiences in deployment and configuration automation
• Ability to debug problems and use diagnosis tools
• Experiences in Agile methodologies
• Good analytical and negotiation skills
• Good and trustful communicator at all level of the organization
• Customer service orientation
• Willingness to travel between Dbendorf and Geneva

  during a last interview the contract that ye want to propose ideally in our office.
