Project Management Specialist

The Project Management Specialist will be responsible for the following key tasks: • Assist in the preparation of Project Concept Notes in coordination with the Line Ministries and Public Authorities; • Responsible of the submitted Project Concept Notes (PCN), Feasibility Study, Summary Appraisal Submission and Assessment • Assist in the conduct of initial projects screenings and prioritization; • Conduct Site visit as part of the review of Project Concept Notes, Feasibility Study, Summary Appraisal Submission and Assessment; • Provide support and advice to embed best practices of project and risk management, • Review of Project Concept Notes in collaboration with Beneficiaries and provide comments within the agreed timelines; Qualifications: • A Master Degree in Engineering or related fields; • A minimum of 6 and maximum eight years of relevant work experience; • A working knowledge and experience in the public sector is an advantage; • Experience in reviewing, processing and monitoring project proposals; • Must demonstrate strong technical, analytical, and conceptual skills to analyze issues and recommend and present solutions and/or options.
