Project Management Specialist

the project management specialist will be responsible for the following key tasks: • manage a portfolio of labor market and employment projects that will aim to increase efficiency of the labor market, generate employment and support workforce development. • oversee project design efforts; prepare concept papers and scopes of work; develop and approve work plans, process modifications, waivers and other paperwork to ensure smooth startup and day to day functioning. • design and monitor performance monitoring plans; conduct data quality assessments and project reviews; provide information needed to plete performance plans and reports; and supervise implementation of internal evaluations project reviews. • provide high quality technical leadership and guidance and lead efforts to design and implement high quality projects to improve labor market efficiency and job creation in jordan.
