Project Leader

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Leaderto join our team in Finland. Reporting to the Managing Director the Project Leader will be responsible for day to day project activities including system design time scheduling purchasing sales support functions material handling activities and surveys on board.

The Role

• Organize lead design and monitor both new buildings and retrofits marine and landprojects.
• Efficient and timely processing of project orders and planning schedules to ensure ontime delivery and execution.
• Organizes and monitors all items received from suppliers.
• As our Project Leader you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collect and store all required documentation for projects in companys CRM software.
• Evaluate all relevant documentation for projects produce a final documentation.
• Process incoming purchase orders from customers verifying part numbers pricing shipping requirements lead time tracking and others.
• Order entry in companys EPR system.
• Prepare purchase orders to suppliers and verify order confirmations.
• Tracking backorders.
• Support sales organization by delivering relevant information for calculations.
• Designing of project drawings both safety and navigation products by AutoCAD design software.
• Pick orders for shipping as needed ensure proper labels and paperwork have been applied before shipping and examine outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.

Who are you

• Minimum of 34 years experience in a related position
• Technical education background of the Design Engineer in Electronic or Automation.
• Project leadingexperience is considered an asset.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
• Methodical approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking demonstrating sound judgment.
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member while also being selfmotivated and able to work independently.
• Strong computer skills in AutoCAD basic office and Microsoft Office
